Stain Resistance - Laminate surfaces are Non-porous making it extremely stain resistant.
Heat Resistance - Use a hot pad, trivet or other protective device beneath all hot cookware, heat generating appliances or other heated objects.
Cutting and Abrasion - Laminate surfaces are resistant to scratches and impacts under normal use conditions. Do not chop, slice, on any laminate surface. When cutting or chopping use cutting boards or trivets.
Impact - Heavy blows from a hammer or meat tenderizer may gouge the surface. Use cutting boards or trivets.
Food Safe - Laminate is non-porous, making cleanup easy and preventing food and moisture from penetrating its surface — the main source of growth for harmful bacteria.
